Software and Hardware Assessment:

Price: $60 for the first machine, $45 for subsequent machines.

Should you purchase any recommended product or service the cost of the assessment is deductible from the cost of chosen services.

Internet security and virus packages:

Nanite use and recommend the AVG family of products for your security needs however we are able to supply and support any anti-virus suite.

Basic:

• Installation and configuration of Free* anti-virus software.
• Installation and configuration of Free* Malware removal and immunization tool.
• Demonstration of how to use the software and an assessment of your current setup.

Price: $60 for the first machine, $45 for subsequent machines.

Ideal for: Home user, no wireless.

Intermediate:

• Installation and configuration of Pay antivirus software.
• Installation and configuration of Free* Malware removal and immunization tool (unless included in the chosen Antivirus suite).
• Demonstration of how to use the software and an assessment of your current setup.
• Assessment of Wireless configuration.
• Complete System back up. (Backup will be stored for 30 days).

Price: $75 for the first machine, $60 for subsequent machines plus applicable software charges**.

Ideal for: Home user, has wireless or self employed.

Advanced:

• Installation and configuration of Pay antivirus software.
• Installation and configuration of Pay Malware removal and immunization tool (unless included in the chosen Antivirus suite).
• Demonstration of how to use the software and an assessment of your current setup.
• Complete Data backup. (Backup will be stored for 30 days).

Price: $100 for the first machine, $85 for subsequent machines plus applicable software charges**.

Virus Cleanup:
Basic:

• Clean.
• 10% discount on any security package listed above.

Price: $75 for the first machine, $60 for subsequent machines.

Ideal for: Home user for whom data loss is acceptable provided the system is saved.
Additional charges may apply if you are unable to boot into your desktop.

Thorough:

• Data backed up before any repair is attempted (backup stored for 30 days).
• Clean.
• Free follow up call if required in the following 30 days.
• 20% discount on any security package listed above.

Price: $100 for the first machine, $85 for subsequent machines.
Additional charges may apply if more than 100mb of data is required to be stored or you are unable to boot into your desktop.

Ideal for: Business user or users for whom data loss is undesirable.


Hardware Clean:
Basic

• Internal and external clean of Desktop hardware.

Price: $65 for the first machine, $50 for subsequent machines.

Add on to any other service:

• Internal and external clean of Desktop hardware.

Price: $50 for the first machine, $40 for subsequent machines.

A dusty inside might go unnoticed for a long time, but it will shorten the life span of critical components and may lead to excessive heat inside your hardware.
